Best Damn Meals to Put in Your Rotation Now
Quick, easy, and most importantly, super tasty meals to add to your meal rotation.
I love to cook. Well, let me rephrase that - I love to cook simple recipes with easily found ingredients that my whole family will eat. If you are in a food rotation rut and want to wow your family tonight, then you need to try these recipes. I promise they will become favorites.
Spicy Thai Noodles from Domestic Superhero
“Can you make this every week, please.”
This is what my husband said the first time I made this recipe and I do make it at least two times per month. I first found this recipe on Pinterest but you can find it here. It is a vegetarian dish, but I have added chicken and tofu on different occasions. It is spectacular regardless of what protein you add or don't add.
I love sauce - I'm always one to ask, "Can I have extra sauce on the side?" And I'm telling you, you will love this sauce. It is full of flavor and a little spice. I double the sauce recipe because I want all of my noodles dripping in this delicious garlicky, sweet, spicy sauce.
One great thing about this recipe (besides the amazing sauce) is you can add any vegetables you like; shredded carrots, peppers, yellow squash, onion - it's up to you and what you have on hand. You can also change up the protein, decrease the spice and leave out the peanuts if you like.
I promise, when you make this recipe from Domestic Superhero you will not be disappointed.
Buffalo Chicken Sliders from Tasty
These buffalo chicken sliders from Tasty are super easy, super fast to make, and super delicious. Our kids love them, so they have to be in our menu rotation.
Warm, cheesy with a little kick from the buffalo sauce - Whew! These are good!
I like to pre-mix the dressing and buffalo sauce before topping it onto the chicken. Mouthwatering!
Baked Parmesan Zucchini from Damn Delicious
I have a really hard time coming up with different side items to pair with a main dish. We have salad.......A LOT. When I found this recipe, I was excited to have a different veggie option that we all enjoyed.
These zucchini sticks are crispy, tasty and healthy. Such a great option when we want something different than salad or steamed broccoli.
You could easily throw these in your air fryer but I choose to follow the directions from Damn Delicious and use the oven. Absolutely delicious!
Creamy Parmesan Orzo from The Kitchn
There are many reasons I adore this recipe; creamy, comforting, full of flavor, easy to make, but the thing I love most is how versatile it is.
This recipe calls for spinach but you can add any veggies you like. I've added peas, asparagus, chopped broccoli and it is superb each time, no matter what veggies I choose.
This is a family favorite. We usually pair it with baked salmon or chicken breasts. Or, eat it by itself!
SOOOOOOO good. You must try it.
One Pot Taco Spaghetti from Damn Delicious
It seriously can't get more simple than placing all your ingredients into one pot! I use my favorite cast iron covered dutch oven.
If you are wanting ease but tired of the same ol' spaghetti then you need to try this recipe.
And don't get me wrong, just because it is easy does NOT mean it isn't full of flavor. It is YUMMY.
One reviewer said, "It's pretty perfect."
Slow Cooker Pork Chops from The Salty Marshmallow
I prefer to make pork chops in the slow cooker. They always turn out tender and delicious - plus, it's just so easy!
I love this recipe because the combination of the seasonings and gravy make these chops delectable.
I've served these pork chops with rice, mashed potatoes, and stuffing. I have also, on occasion, sauteed mushrooms and onions to put on top when finished. All good choices.
Savory and easy. What more could you ask for??
